Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $113,921.60 per year

Relocation offered

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, Onsite

Job Description:

The Employee Health Clinic Manager RN will oversee the clinical operations of the Employee Health Program. This includes supervising staff, managing the clinic's budget, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing employee health programs and services, such as health screenings, immunizations, and injury prevention programs.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state
  • 2+ years of experience in acute care or an equivalent setting
  • 1+ years of experience managing clinic operations within occupational health or a similar setting
  • 3+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise (Employee Health, Public Health, or Case Management with adults)

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Occupational Health (COHN)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
